不仅有语法问题，还有很多拼写错误。说实话，作为一个有10多年海外生活和工作经历并当过10多年教师的我，把你这句话猜透，还很费了点周折。除去句子中的几处拼写错误外（Toru应该是tour,foget应该为fet,Lass应为last）,正确的表达法可以是：
The choice to stay and tour all the city where I want to go could help me fet all the things for last night about you..做出 留下来并参观城市里每一个我想去的角落的决定，可以帮助我忘记昨晚关于你的每一件事。
你给出的这句原话，从本意来说，是想通过实行某种行为，直到忘掉某件事。如果想强调直到怎么样，可以这样说：
I made a choice to stay and tour all the city where I want to go until i could fet.....
或者：I will make a choice to stay and ......until i can fet....
你给出的那句原话少了主语，在语法里就变成了祈使句型，但整句话的意义就不通顺了。
所以，如果从严格的角度讲，这个句子肯定有语法错误。但在口语中，尤其是歌词和两个人的对话中，那种表达形式是见过的。
